When I think of a real estate transaction I must look to what the components are in order for it to go from contract to close. The art of the transaction is largely due to the coordinator or the “maestro”. The maestro is the master, the proficient one, the authority, the geek, the fiend, the guru, the ace, the maven…the one who is professional and adept. The transaction requires this conductor to balance the expertise, strategy and communication. It is mindfully crafted and brought to fruition through this delicate harmonious balance
This transaction affects the transition of the people who are ultimately served.
